To request a refund, contact us within 14 days from the time you received the garment/garments. If you wish to return, contact our support team to request a return shipping label to ship the item back to us separately. Please note, £3.25 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping cost of the return. Email us at support@allsaintsrental.com. You can also call us at 0808 189 5175. Our regular support hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT.
